To showcase the latest line of Nike Women’s fitness wear in a new and unique way via a classy, yet funky and hip fashion show to drive incremental buyer orders.
Solution
New Avenue rolled out the red carpet and produced the chic Collection & Show. With more than 300 guests, the room was filled with retail buyers, fashion influencers and other Nike VIP guests.
From concept to completion, New Avenue managed the entire process:
- Secure full Event Production Team
- Technical Director
- Fashion and Hair stylists
- Collateral Development: invitations, signage, management of RSVPs
- Casting of Models
- Securing Co-Sponsors
- Coordination of all elements, including special performances by Culture Shock LA
- Pre and post show Event Planning, staffing and execution
Guests were welcomed with a pre-show reception and an after-show party with full bar and catered dinner. With the famed DJ Rashida on the tables and signature cocktails in-hand, the event was enjoyed by all. One lucky winner received a trip to the famous New York City Fashion Week and everyone left with a fabulous Nike gift pack.
Working on a limited 3-week timeframe and budget, New Avenue turned this event into a one-of-a-kind red carpet showcase.
Results
Nike reported positive incremental sales due to the Fashion Show for their fall fashion wear line. The Collection & Show sparkled with chic fashion design and exclusivity.
